The Non-linear Calculator tool features a range of useful non-linear calculations including Sum Frequency Mixing (SFM), Difference Frequency Mixing (DFM), the wavelength relations in an optical parametric oscillator (OPO) as well as Raman and coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy calculations. The Wavelength Converter tool features some useful wavelength, unit and bandwidth converters including photon energy, coherence length and lifetime. The Beam Calculations tool features a range of useful laser beam focusing calculations including beam size at lens, focus spot size, Rayleigh range, M2 and K value. The user simply needs to know the laser wavelength, beam waist diameter, focal length of lens and the initial beam divergence.
The Laser Dye page details the properties of the individual Exciton dyes that we stock. Roll your mouse over the dye list and the dye properties will be displayed. This gives you quick and easy access to properties such as absorption peak, lasing range, efficiency etc.
The Exciton Dye page provides datasheets for all the dyes by catalogue number and dye name.
The Videos page provides training videos for a number of our principals products. These videos are an invaluable tool in your day to day use of your instrument. We will endeavour to expand the content of this section, so keep an eye on it and let us know if you have any suggestions!
