SPC-150NXX TCSPC FLIM Module

The SPC-150NXX single photon counting card from Becker and Hickl (B&H) is the Extreme-Resolution Version of the SPC-150N, offering the highest resolution time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) with unsurpassed electrical timing resolution down to 3ps (FWHM) / 1.1ps (RMS).

With time channel width down to 203fs, the high timing resolution makes the SPC-150NXX ideally suited for use with ultra-fast detectors, such as B&H's new HPM-100-06/07 ultra-fast hybrid detector or superconducting single photon detectors. B&H recently demonstrated use of their SPC-150NXX in combination with an NbN superconducting nanowire single photon detector (SNSPD). The detector was developed collaboratively by MIT and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
