The SPC-150N time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) module from Becker and Hickl (B&H) is a TCSPC imaging and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) module for laser scanning microscopes.
The SPC-150N offers high resolution for ultra fast detectors, input discriminator bandwidth of 4GHz, sub-picosecond low frequency timing wobble and an electrical time resolution down to 6.6ps full width at half maximum (FWHM) / 3ps root mean square (RMS).
The SPC-150N card features a dual memory architecture for unlimited sequential recording of decay curves in memory and is supplied with the 64 bit single photon counting module (SPCM) Windows control software which enables a large amount of memory to be addressed.
The SPC-150N features the high speed interface for laser scanning microscopes. It is the module supplied with all B&H's FLIM systems so FLIM data can be recorded with unprecedented numbers of pixels and time channels as large as 2048x2048 pixels and 256 time channels, or 1024x1024 pixels and 1024 time channels.
Becker and Hickl offer a complementary range of short pulsed diode lasers that are ideal excitation sources for TCSPC measurements.
The SPC-150N is also available as SPC-152N dual module and SPC-154N power module packages that feature either two or four completely parallel TCSPC channels.
