The SPC-130-EMN time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) module from Becker and Hickl (B&H) is the ideal entry level TCSPC card for basic TCSPC lifetime measurements.

The SPC-130-EMN time correlated single photon counting card is based on the SPC-130 TCSPC model but offers improved features with extended memory to offer a capacity up to 65536 curves stored in memory.

Ideal for TCSPC fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM), diffuse optical spectroscopy and single molecule spectroscopy.

Becker and Hickl offer a complementary range of short pulsed diode lasers that are ideal excitation sources for TCSPC measurements.

The SPC-130-EMN is also available as SPC-132-EMN dual module and SPC-134-EMN power module packages that feature either two or four completely parallel TCSPC channels.
