ET-5000 Series Amplified Photodetector


The ET-5000 series from EOT are amplified sub-nanosecond response indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) photodetectors that extend the wavelength range from 1400nm to 2100nm.

These amplified photodetectors are used for low light level applications, typically monitoring the modulation of low power continuous wave (CW) lasers and laser diodes.

With a responsivity from 1400nm to 2100nm, these high speed detectors are ideally suited to pulse width measurement of sub-nanosecond lasers and monitoring of thulium (Tm) and holmium (Ho) lasers. With a 40ps risetime, they are suitable for signals up to 10GHz. Their responsivity is >950V/W at 2000nm.
