Gam's highly reliable, compact, single box, excimer lasers are affordable, have a metal and ceramic design and have the longest gas lifetimes available anywhere. Gam's EX5 offers up to 20mJ per pulse at 500Hz repetiton rate. For ultra-high power requirements choose the EX350 which delivers up to 250mJ per pulse at 100Hz.
