Quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) are intersubband semiconductor lasers emitting around a center wavelength ranging from the mid-infrared.

These products consist of Single mode DFB modules for gas analysis, High power QCL modules for defence applications and Multi-gas QCL based spectrometer modules.
