Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCL)

Quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) are intersubband semiconductor lasers emitting around a center wavelength ranging from the mid-infrared.

These products consist of Single mode DFB modules for gas analysis, High power QCL modules for defence applications and Multi-gas QCL based spectrometer modules.

powerMir - High Power QCL

The powerMir QCLs (Quantum Cascade Lasers) are a series of high-powered diodes (up to 3W) emitting in the main atmospheric transmission bands (4.0µm, 4.6µm, 4.8µm, 9.7 µm).

uniMir - Single Mode DFB QCL/Broadband Fabry Perot QCL

The uniMir product line offers single mode Quantum Cascade Lasers (single mode DFB QCL) or broadband lasers (Fabry Perrot) between 4µm – 10µm (2500cm-1 – 1000cm-1). uniMir lasers operate at room temperature, without a cryogenic system, in pulsed or continuous wave emission.
