NKT Photonics’ Koheras fiber lasers are ultra low noise fiber lasers with longitudinal single mode and single frequency operation. Available as compact OEM modules, such as BasiK, or turn-key benchtop units, BoostiK, the Koheras laser are available within a wide range of wavelengths in the 1μm and 1.5μm range.
The lasers are based on a DFB design ensuring robust and reliable operation with an unprecedented low phase and intensity noise level together with mode-hop free, inherent single frequency output.

One of the key advantages of NKT’s DFB fiber laser technology is the freedom to choose the operating wavelength and due to the excellent beam quality, frequency conversion can efficiently bring many important applications in atomic physics within reach.

BASIK Fiber Laser

BasiK OEM Fibre Laser

Koheras BASIK Modules are narrow linewidth, ultra low noise, stable single frequency fiber laser supplied in a small, compact OEM module. Offering up to 10-40mW output power in the wavelength range 1535-1580nm for the X15, E15 and X15 models or the 1030-1120nm range for the Y15 model. 

BASIK MIKRO Fiber Laser

The Koheras BASIK MIKRO is the smallest industrial single frequency fiber laser on the market and it is designed for OEM integration in industrial sensing systems. The module includes fully integrated laser control electronics, as well as continuous monitoring of the laser performance.

ADJUSTIK Fiber Laser

AdjustiK Benchtop Fibre Laser

Koheras ADJUSTIK – single stage amplified, 19” rack benchtop system with up to 200mW of single mode output power in the 1μm and 1.5μm wavelength range.

BOOSTIK Fiber Laser

BoostiK High Power Fibre Laser

The Koheras BOOSTIK high-power fiber laser is a low noise, narrow linewidth single frequency fiber laser system offering up to 15W of single mode output power at 1µm and 10W at 1.5µm.
