SPIDER (Single-PIxel DEtectoR) is an amplified Si-InGaAs photodetector with programmable gain and an embedded 24bit data acquisition system. The employed two-color detector provides a straightforward beam alignment and a wide spectral response, ranging from 320nm to 1700nm.

The id220 from ID Quantique is a free-running single photon detection module for the near infrared range 900 - 1700nm. The id220 is the first single-photon detection module built around an InGaAs/InP Negative Feedback avalanche photodiode. It provides a cost-effective solution for applications in which asynchronous photon detection is essential.
id230 is free running single photon detector operating in NIR 900-1700nm and has best dark cout rate.
