High Energy Excimer - EX350. This compact, high energy excimer laser from GAM Laser Inc. is the smallest, high energy excimer laser available on the market. Offering up to 20W at 248nm when running at 100Hz, this single package laser has unmatched pulse-to-pulse stability.
High Power Excimer - EX100H. The EX100H laser from GAM is an all metal/ceramic device providing up to 12W at 248nm and 8W at 193nm (average power @ 125Hz).
Industrial Excimer Lasers - EX range. GAM's industrial Excimer laser range are specially designed for high duty cycle or continuous operation at maximum repetition rate and are available with pulsed UV radiation at 157nm, 193nm, 248nm, 308nm and 351nm.
Pulsed Excimer lasers - EX range. The most advanced design compact commercial excimer laser offers pulsed UV radiation at 157nm, 193nm, 248nm, 308nm and 351nm with the longest gas lifetime available anywhere.
