Becker and Hickl GmbH
2 Channel Photon Counter. Becker & Hickl's PMS-400A is a PCI based Two-Channel 800 MHz Gated Photon Counter / Multiscaler. incl Windows TM compatible operating software.
4 Channel TCSPC - SPC-134. Becker & Hickl's SPC-134 features four completely parallel Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) channels and 32MHz count rate.
BDL UV/Blue/Red ps diode lasers. Becker & Hickl's diode laser modules are available in the Blue, UV and Red spectral regions with pulse durations down to 40ps and 20, 50 or 80MHz repetition rates. The new SMC series offer CW or picosecond pulsed operation together with an optional single-mode fibre coupler.
BHL-600/BHLP-700 Red & NIR ps diodes. Becker & Hickl's picosecond pulsed laser diode modules available in red and near infrared wavelengths. The 1mW BHL-600 series offer pulse widths down to 50ps, whilst the 300mW BHLP-700 offers 100ps.

High End FLIM/FCS Module - SPC-830. Becker & Hickl's SPC-830 PCI TCSPC module features 1-4096 bins, 4k-16M blocks, 14 bit routing, Scanning BIFL, incl Operating Software for Windows 95/98/NT/2k
Multi-spectral FLIM system. Becker and Hickl Multi-spectral FLIM system is designed as an upgrade to laser scanning microscopes. It is an excellent choice for tissue autofluorescence imaging, combined FLIM and SHG imaging, and FRET experiments.
PMC-100 Cooled PMT Module. PMC-100 from Becker & Hickl is a cooled high speed PMT detector head for photon counting. Ideal for TCSPC systems operated with DCC-100.
PML-Spec - Multispectral Detection. 16 channel multispectral detection assembly to simultaneously record 16 wavelength channels for fluorescence decay functions. Becker & Hickl's PML-Spec is ideal for visible wavelength high resolution (180ps) measurements.

TCSPC module - SPC-130EM. The SPC-130EM from Becker & Hickl is the ideal entry level TCPSC card for basic TCSPC lifetime measurements. This general purpose card offers up to 4096 time channels/curve, count rates up to 10 MHz and channel resolution down to 813 fs.

id300 ps Laser Source. id Quantique's id300 short-pulse laser source is an externally-triggered optical source that generates 300ps laser pulses at 1310nm and 1550nm. Used in combination with a variable optical attenuator, this source becomes an ideal and cost-effective single photon source.
