Becker and Hickl GmbH
2 Channel Photon Counter. Becker & Hickl's PMS-400A is a PCI based Two-Channel 800 MHz Gated Photon Counter / Multiscaler. incl Windows TM compatible operating software.
4 Channel TCSPC - SPC-134. Becker & Hickl's SPC-134 features four completely parallel Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) channels and 32MHz count rate.
BDL UV/Blue/Red ps diode lasers. Becker & Hickl's diode laser modules are available in the Blue, UV and Red spectral regions with pulse durations down to 40ps and 20, 50 or 80MHz repetition rates. The new SMC series offer CW or picosecond pulsed operation together with an optional single-mode fibre coupler.
BHL-600/BHLP-700 Red & NIR ps diodes. Becker & Hickl's picosecond pulsed laser diode modules available in red and near infrared wavelengths. The 1mW BHL-600 series offer pulse widths down to 50ps, whilst the 300mW BHLP-700 offers 100ps.
Detector/Shutter Assemblies for TCSPC. Detector/Shutter Assemblies for TCSPC from Becker and Hickl are used to prevent damage of PMTs and MCPs by high light intensities
High End FLIM/FCS Module - SPC-830. Becker & Hickl's SPC-830 PCI TCSPC module features 1-4096 bins, 4k-16M blocks, 14 bit routing, Scanning BIFL, incl Operating Software for Windows 95/98/NT/2k
Multi-spectral FLIM system. Becker and Hickl Multi-spectral FLIM system is designed as an upgrade to laser scanning microscopes. It is an excellent choice for tissue autofluorescence imaging, combined FLIM and SHG imaging, and FRET experiments.
PMC-100 Cooled PMT Module. PMC-100 from Becker & Hickl is a cooled high speed PMT detector head for photon counting. Ideal for TCSPC systems operated with DCC-100.
PML-Spec - Multispectral Detection. 16 channel multispectral detection assembly to simultaneously record 16 wavelength channels for fluorescence decay functions. Becker & Hickl's PML-Spec is ideal for visible wavelength high resolution (180ps) measurements.
SHM-180 Sample and Hold Module. SHM-180 PCI based eight channel sample & hold module from Becker & Hickl features on-board delay generator and Windows TM compatible software.

TCSPC FLIM/FCS Module - SPC-150. The SPC-150 TCSPC module from Becker & Hickl is a Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting Imaging and FCS Module for Laser Scanning Microscopes.
TCSPC module - SPC-130EM. The SPC-130EM from Becker & Hickl is the ideal entry level TCPSC card for basic TCSPC lifetime measurements. This general purpose card offers up to 4096 time channels/curve, count rates up to 10 MHz and channel resolution down to 813 fs.

id100 Single Photon Counter. id Quantique's id100 series offers compact and affordable single-photon counting modules with best-in-class timing resolution of 40ps and low dead time of 45ns.
id101 Mini OEM Photon Counter. id Quantiques id101 is intended for large-volume OEM applications, and is the smallest, most reliable and most efficient single photon detector on the market. Measuring only 8.3mm in diameter, this compact module offers timing resolution down to 40ps and ultra-low dead time of 45ns.
id150 8 Channel Photon Counter. id Quantique's id150-1x8 is the only multichannel solid-state single photon detector on the market and consists of 8 in-line single photon avalanche diodes that can be accessed simultaneously for parallel processing.
id300 ps Laser Source. id Quantique's id300 short-pulse laser source is an externally-triggered optical source that generates 300ps laser pulses at 1310nm and 1550nm. Used in combination with a variable optical attenuator, this source becomes an ideal and cost-effective single photon source.

Licel
InGaAs APD module. The Licel InGaAs APD module is a fully integrated detector solution for eye-safe lidar systems for detection at wavelengths between 1100nm and 1700nm.
Multispectral LIDAR Detector. The Licel Multispectral Lidar detector features a 32 element photocathode and a 32 element single photon counting system, allowing simultaneous detection of multiple spectrometer wavelengths.
