Deep UV LEDs
Available in a wide range of wavelengths and package sizes, these LEDs are manufactured using AIGaN/GaN technology and use significantly less power than comparable UV technologies.
Ocean Optics deep UV LEDs are available in a wide range of wavelengths and package sizes as follows:
- Ball Lens Deep UV LED - for applications that require a small or focused spot of UV light. Wavelength options range from 240 - 355 nm.
- Flat Lens Deep UV LED - the flat window LED is for applications that require an area to be flooded with UV light or relatively even distribution of light over a larger area.
- Hemispherical Lens Deep UV LED - Use the hemispherical lens version for applications that require a collimated beam of light or longer optical working distances.
- Fibre Coupled SMA 905 UV LED - This LED is ideal for applications where the flexibility of a standard fibre optic light delivery is needed.
