Photonic Solutions Silicon detector product range includes a selection of PIN photodiodes that can be used for the detection of light signals and for trigger applications. Offerings include the PHD-400 PIN photodiode module which offers a reasonable compromise between speed and sensitivity and the APM-400 which is a high speed APD module which can measure timing events down to 150ps. We also stock EOT's Amplified photodetectors and their TTL/Analogue detectors both of which are ideal for laser monitoring. For photon counting applications we offer id Quantique's range of silicon photon-counters, including the id101 for large-volume OEM applications and the id150 which is the only multichannel solid-state single photon detector on the market, consisting of 8 in-line single photon avalanche diodes.
