FIRST IN PHOTONICS
Our range of EOT InGaAs and Variant detectors are all ideally suited to measuring laser ouptut and viewing rapid modulation in diode lasers. Choose EOT's Amplified Photodetectors if your monitoring low laser light levels such as modulated, low power cw lasers and laser diodes, or if your requirement is to monitor the output of Q-switched and mode locked lasers then choose EOT's Biased InGaAs Photodetector. For those in the field of single photon counting spectroscopy, either idQuantique's id201 standalone IR detector module or their id400 photon counter offer single photon counting sensitivity at 1064nm
The id210 near infrared, high speed, single photon counting detection system from ID Quantique brings a major breakthrough for single photon counting detection at telecom wavelengths (900 - 1700nm).
Now available with Multimode fiber input: id220 Free-running Near-Infrared Photon Counter. The id220 from ID Quantique is a free-running single photon detection module for the near infrared range 900 - 1700nm. The id220 is the first single-photon detection module built around an InGaAs/InP Negative Feedback avalanche photodiode. It provides a cost-effective solution for applications in which asynchronous photon detection is essential.
id230 is free running single photon detector operating in NIR 900-1700nm and has best dark cout rate.
id Quantique's id400 is the world's first photon counter for 1064nm. With a detection efficiency of up to 30%, this versatile instrument is truly invaluable for low light detection in this range.
The Licel InGaAs APD module is a fully integrated detector solution for eye-safe lidar systems for detection at wavelengths between 1100nm and 1700nm.
Ultrafast <25picoseconds InGaAs photodetectors covering 1000 - 1650nm. These PIN photodiodes from EOT are available in amplified (ET-3500A) or un-amplified versions (ET-3500).
Amplified photodetectors are used for low light level applications, typically monitoring the modulation of low power cw lasers and laser diodes.
The ET5000 and ET-5000F from EOT are high speed InGaAs detectors offering responsivity from 1475-2100nm with a rise and fall time of <50ps. These detectors are ideally suited to monitoring free space or fiber Tm and Ho lasers.
EOT's ET-2030A and ET-3000A are amplified sub-nanosecond response PIN photodetectors. Responsivity from 300-1700nm.
EOT's ET3000 is a biased InGaAs photodetector covering 900-1700nm. Four versions of this PIN photodiode have rise times from 175ps to 6ns.
Silicon and InGaAs photodetectors from EOT offering TTL or Analogue signal output between 300 and 1700nm (depending on model)
